An amazing, private, fully air conditioned villa located in the quiet area of Valle Romano, just a short drive from Estepona port, town and beaches. This property has been completely renovated with high-end finishes and furnishings. Upon entering the villa, we find the private parking area within the property gates for two cars. From here, a staircase leads to the main level where the villa is located. The beautiful, completely renovated house consists of two levels. On the ground floor, we find the elegant living room on one side, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen television with a wide range of national and international channels such as Sky, a high speed fibre optic internet connection and direct access to the private patio terrace with pool through sliding doors. Adjacent to the living room, we also find a small cloakroom with sink and WC. The modern open kitchen is also located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with high-end appliances for your stay. On the other side of the living room, we find the stylish dining area for up to six guests. Going up to the first floor, we find three bedrooms; An en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed (150x200cm) and access to a balcony with lovely views of the nearby golf courses and sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and access to the shared balcony with the master bedroom. The third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds (90x190cm). A modern, family bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC is located on this floor. The lovely exterior is divided into two distinct spaces. On one side of the house, there is a large patio terrace with lounging area with comfortable seating for up to six guests and on the other side, a spacious private pool with four sun loungers. On this side, there are also two dining areas with beautiful views of the Valle Romano golf courses. Thanks to its location, in a quiet area close to the main tourist attractions of the coast and its amenities, we highly recommend this accommodation to families looking for the perfect holiday on the Costa del Sol.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
