This fantastic family beach house has all the amenities to enjoy an amazing holiday. Comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room with elegant furniture. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single 105x200cm beds and an en-suite walk-in shower. Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a fantastic bathroom, double basins and a walk-in shower (three-piece). The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size bed 180x200cm with a breathtaking seaview. The property is also equipped with an automated dehumidifier system that filters the air and regulates ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has comfortable sofas with and the TV provides international streaming channels from all over the world plus films and series. There is a covered indoor terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with several sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and this beach is sandy with pebbles and practically private. About 100 meters from the property is the large communal pool. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. This property is highly recommended for your holiday.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
